Property Inventory Services in Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent

Tredegar is a valley town at the head of the Sirhowy Valley, best known as the birthplace of Aneurin Bevan and the model for the NHS through its medical aid society. Its rental market is made up largely of affordable terraced homes, post-war estates and newer developments.

Valley terraces bring damp, original features and steep access. Under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, a detailed, photographed inventory remains the key evidence for any deposit dispute.
