Property Inventory Services in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent

Ebbw Vale was once home to one of Europe's largest steelworks, and its old works site has been redeveloped with new homes, a college and a hospital. Its rental market includes traditional valley terraces, post-war homes and newer developments, with properties in Brynmawr and Abertillery and a rail link to Cardiff.

Valley terraces bring damp, older fittings and steep access. Under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, deposits must still be protected, and a detailed, photographed inventory is the evidence that counts.

The Ebbw Vale territory covers Ebbw Vale and nearby areas including Brynmawr, Victoria and Abertillery.
