Property Inventory Services in Merthyr Tydfil

Merthyr Tydfil was once the iron-making capital of the world, and rows of workers' terraces still line its valley sides. Its rental market includes these terraces, post-war estates and newer developments, with homes in Abercanaid and rail links to Cardiff.

Older valley terraces bring damp, original features and steep access. Under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, a detailed, photographed inventory remains the key evidence for any deposit dispute.
