- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
- Uploaded files including logos, accreditation certificates, insurance certificates, and sample reports

- IP address and browser data collected via cookies and analytics tools
- Search queries entered on the site

- To process your territory purchase and manage your listing
- To display your business details publicly on the directory

Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (for listing purchases) and legitimate interests (for website analytics and improvement).
4. How Your Data Is Used
4.1 If you purchase a territory listing, your business name, contact details, bio, and any other information you submit will be displayed publicly on inventoryclerkdirect.co.uk as part of your listing.
4.2 Your email address will be used to send you transactional emails related to your purchase and listing status. We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.
4.3 We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

- Stripe — payment processing
- Hostinger — website hosting and data storage
- WooCommerce — order management
- WP Mail SMTP / Google — email delivery

If you request removal of your listing or it is cancelled, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, transaction records which we retain for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements).
