Whitby is a harbour town on the North York Moors coast, with its abbey ruins, the 199 steps and links to Captain Cook and Dracula. Holiday lets take a large share of its housing, and its rental market includes fishermen's cottages, Victorian terraces, family homes and properties in Sleights.
Old harbour cottages face damp, salt air and steep, narrow access. A detailed, photographed inventory records their condition properly at the start of each let.
The Whitby territory covers Whitby and nearby areas including Sleights.
