Property Inventory Services in Lincoln

Lincoln is a cathedral city with a medieval uphill quarter around the cathedral and castle, and a busy downhill centre by the Brayford Pool. The University of Lincoln and Bishop Grosseteste University bring a large student market, and RAF bases nearby add service families, while village homes in Nettleham, Skellingthorpe, Waddington and Sudbrooke complete the market.

Student houses change every summer, and steep uphill period homes bring original features and older fittings. A detailed, photographed inventory keeps every changeover fair.

The Lincoln territory covers Lincoln and nearby areas including Burton, Nettleham, Skellingthorpe, Waddington and Sudbrooke.
