Property Inventory Services in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Haverfordwest is the county town of Pembrokeshire, built around a castle above the Western Cleddau. Its rental market includes period town houses, family estates and rural properties in surrounding villages such as Freystrop, Camrose, Wiston and Spittal, with the county's coastline driving holiday-let demand.

Rural Pembrokeshire homes often have oil heating, private drainage and older stone walls. Under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, deposits must still be protected, and a detailed, photographed inventory is the key evidence.
