Property Inventory Services in Andover, North Hampshire

Andover grew rapidly as a London overspill town from the 1960s, so alongside its historic centre there are large estates of post-war housing and newer developments such as Augusta Park. Army Headquarters at Andover and the garrison at nearby Tidworth add military families to a rental market that also serves commuters and local workers.

Military moves can happen at short notice, so tenancies may be shorter than average and check-outs need to be done promptly and accurately. A clear, photographed inventory at check-in makes every changeover straightforward, whether it's a modern family home or a cottage in one of the surrounding villages.

The Andover territory covers Andover and nearby areas including Abbotts Ann.
