What's Expected of You
We maintain standards so that landlords and agents can trust every clerk on our platform. To list with Inventory Clerk Direct, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Professional accreditation — AIIC membership, TDS accreditation, or Propertymark certification
- Public liability insurance — valid and current
- Ongoing CPD — a commitment to maintaining your professional development
- Independent operation — we list independent clerks only, not employees of agencies or franchises
When you purchase your territory you’ll receive an onboarding form to submit your credentials. Your listing will only go live once we’ve verified your details.
